North Star Dairy Sales was founded by Dean and Jean Uglem to focus on providing dairy ingredients to food processors across the United States. We are a dairy products marketing company that specializes in the procurement and sales of natural and processed cheese, as well as butter and other cultured dairy products. Over the past 25 years, we have established an extensive network of dairy producers and processors. We use this network to provide sources and outlets to purchase and sell dairy products on behalf of our suppliers and customers.
